A renewed group

The Gévelot group dates back to 1820, at a time when the company produced caps, hunting cartridges and war munitions. After the second world war, this activity wich established GEVELOT's reputation made way for diversification into the field of mechnics.

Acknowledged know-how

Today, the Gévelot Group has approximately 1670 employees and 8 production and development sites at the service of three sectors :

  • Cold extrusion / machining 
  • Pumps / fluid technology 
  • Mechanics / Vehicles and gas equipments

 

Gévelot Extrusion has established itself as one of the European leaders in cold and semi-hot extrusion. Its components (mechanicals parts) can be found in most European vehicles.

PCM is one of the world specialist in fluid technology and mainly volumétric pumps for transfer and dosing.

With almost a century of expertise Gurtner is now acknowledged in the fields of feeding systems for motocycles (carburettors and oil pumps) and gas equipment détentor butane, propane and natural gas distribution (reducing valves and régulators).

Gévelot has based its expansion on innovation and each year invest a large proportion of its turnover in Research and Developement .
