Industrial excellence throughout the world

The Gévelot group dates back to 1820, at a time when the company produced caps, hunting cartridges and war munitions. After the second world war, this activity wich established GEVELOT”s reputation made way for diversification into the field of mechnics.

Today, since the sale of the extrusion sector end november 2017, the Gévelot Group has approximately 650 employees and 6 production sites at the service of the “Pumps and fluid technology” sector.

Founded in 1932 by René Moineau, the inventor of the Progressing Cavity Pump, PCM SA is today a world leading supplier of solutions and fluid handling equipment for the Oil & Gas, Food and Industry.

Our Strategy

The Strategy of Gévelot SA, the Group’s financial holding and listed company on the Euronext Growth market of the Paris stock exchange, consistent with its long history, consists in seeking to create value for its shareholders and employees in the context of a medium and long term prudential approach.

This value can be generated both by the profitability of industrial and commercial investments in the Group’s various holdings, by our property portfolio made up of offices and factories around the world, but also by the return on our financial investments from an excess cash.

The satisfaction of our shareholder as well as of the employees of our Group and our partners is therefore essential to extend the history of Gévelot to enter the next century.
